Coolant replenishment is a daily process that takes a lot of time. The MES automatic coolant feeder eliminates all of these problems. All you have to do is decide the level and concentration of the coolant mixture on the touch panel and start operation. The values of each sensor and the cutting oil level of each machine can also be checked on the touch panel.

By installing a pressure sensor in the piping, it is possible to automatically stop the system if abnormal pressure is applied to the piping due to a malfunction of the float sensor or solenoid valve. In addition, since the system meets all the requirements of the Waterworks Law, it can be connected to water piping. The solenoid valves on each machine can be operated separately, so that if a machine temporarily does not need coolant replenishment, the replenishment can be stopped for that machine only. In addition, the mixed solution is agitated at a desired concentration in this feeder, allowing for thorough concentration control. The mixing liquid is automatically generated when the level drops below a desired level, and since the level of the coolant stock solution is also monitored, the machine can be stopped due to a lack of coolant stock solution.

Components
Supply piping
Piping is made to the top of the machine using the space available for piping.
Float Sensors
Install a float sensor to determine the coolant in the machine tank. The level is monitored by a proximity sensor and a metal collar, both of which are adjustable, allowing the level height to be set freely for each machine.
Solenoid valve for supply
Supply solenoid valve. Mounted on sheet metal of the machine body or at a location where it can be installed in the vicinity of the machine.
Level indicator light
The amount of each remaining liquid mixture and coolant stock in the feeder can be checked visually with indicator lights as well as numerically.
