Loading Cell

Supply to loader
Some machines are equipped with a conveyor for loader supply. This loading cell can replace the conventional transfer from the parts feeder to the conveyor. This can greatly reduce downtime due to cleaning and wear of the parts feeder. Also, by registering different workpieces in advance, the system can be used to change stages with no downtime.
The vision feeder and conveyor hopper of the MES enable a constant supply of workpieces, which can be separated from each other in close contact.
As an option, automatic correction to the processing machine based on measured values and server storage of measured values are available.
An installation area of 1000 mm x 750 mm allows for 24-hour supply to the processing machine.
An installation area of 1000 mm x 750 mm allows for 24-hour supply to the processing machine.
By modularizing the robot system, teaching, adjustment, and other preparations can be completed prior to shipment, except for the feeding section to the processing machine, allowing the robot system start-up to be completed in as little as one day. This allows the robot system to be up and running in as little as one day, thus reducing downtime.

Components
MES Vision Parts Feeder
By registering workpieces, production can be started without teaching the robot at each setup change. This significantly reduces downtime.
Conveyor hopper
Hopper activation is controlled according to the amount of workpieces on the vision feeder, thus eliminating over- or under-feeding of workpieces as is usually the case with parts feeders.
Adsorption Sensors
It is also possible to quickly detect and stop the robot's vacuum in the event of an abnormality.
Touch panel with Windows
All values obtained from sensors and IO signals of robots and machines can be viewed on the touch panel. It is also equipped with Windows, so it is possible to send e-mails for in-house software or in case of stoppages.
